As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to change your mind about a purchase and cancel it without giving any reason. This is called the "Right of Withdrawal" or "cooling-off period."
Businesses buyers have no right of withdrawal.
Please note: This right is separate from warranty claims. You have the right to withdraw even if the product you received is in perfect condition and works exactly as described. You don’t need to give a reason.
Your 14-day cooling-off period
You have exactly 14 days to withdraw from your purchase.
The countdown starts the day after you receive your item. For example, if you receive the package on Monday, the 14-day period starts on Tuesday.
If you bought multiple items in one auction, the 14-day period starts on the day you receive the last item.
The 14-day period counts calendar days, so it includes weekends and holidays.
How to return your purchase
Step 1: Let us know in writing
Send a written notification to iuppiter B.V. within the 14-day period.
Per email is fine & quickest, send it to support-auctionIT@iuppiter.nl.
The email needs to include:

Your name and customer account details

Your order number

A clear statement: "I wish to withdraw from this purchase" or "I want to cancel this order"

The date you send the email.
For example:
"Dear Iuppiter,
I am writing to formally withdraw from my purchase of [product name], Order #[order number]. I received this item on [date received] and wish to cancel this purchase within my 14-day withdrawal period. I will return the item as instructed.
Best regards,
[Your Name]"
You cannot return the item if the 14-day period has passed.
Step 2: Return the item
You must return the product within 14 days from when you notified iuppiter B.V. of your withdrawal.
Arranging and paying for the return shipping is your responsibility.
Very important: the item must be in the same condition as you received it. That means that the return includes:

Original packaging and all accessories

All documentation and materials received with the package
The item should look unused. You are permitted to unpack and inspect the item to check its condition, appearance, and functions. However, make sure you do this carefully and minimally, as you would in a physical store. There should be no signs of use or damage beyond regular inspection - if there are any, we have the right to a depreciation charge.
Step 3: Ship the item
We recommend always using tracked or insured shipping. Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment, so that you can prove the item was returned.
You pay the return shipping costs yourself, including any insurance for the return shipment. We cover the original shipping costs.

Step 4: Get your money back
iuppiter B.V. will refund your full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item or the proof that you shipped it back. If you return only a part of your order, you will be refunded that part.
The money will be sent via the same payment method you used at checkout.
When you cannot use your right to withdraw
The right to the cooling-off period does not apply to:

Products that have been unsealed and cannot be sold in the same condition (e.g. if original packaging was unsealed)

Custom-made or personalized items

Items that have deteriorated or been damaged due to your handling

Single-use items that have been used
Right of withdrawal vs. warranty
These are two very different rights. As a consumer you have both, but there are key differences.
Right of withdrawal (14 days):

Change your mind for any reason, no explanation needed. You just want to cancel the purchase.

The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
Warranty/conformity claim (minimum 2 months):

The product doesn't work or is defective.

The product doesn't match the description.

The product has hidden defects you discovered after purchase.
